Sound Baths
A sound bath is an immersive sound journey that allows the person to reach a deep meditative state and relaxation. It has many benefits, and here's what you may experience:

Each sound journey is a unique experience, and it's fully customizable to the intention and needs of the recipients. My sound baths utilize crystal singing bowls and chimes.

I work with individuals and groups. I offer sound baths for company events, bachelorettes, birthdays, celebrations, private gatherings and so on. I will work with you to customize and create a beautiful and memorable sound bath journey!

Reiki Energy Balancing
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive energy balancing modality that promotes harmony on the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
Reiki does not require any manipulation of the recipient’s body. The practitioner is simply a facilitator of the universal life force energy. Reiki is directed by its innate intelligence to engage with the recipient’s body’s own healing mechanisms. A session can be performed hands on (over clothing) or off (with hands hovering slightly above the body), depending on the recipient’s comfort level.
Reiki can be experienced in person or remotely. I offer Reiki services for people as well as animals.
