I'm a Reiki Master, soundbath facilitator, Mind Body Spirit Release™ practitioner, and certified integrative health coach.
I believe in the power of balancing the mind, body, and spirit for optimal well-being. I also believe that every body possesses an innate ability to heal itself, if the body is nurtured and nourished. I’m here to help you do just that.
